1. What is the S.M.I.L.E. Discount Dental Option?
The plan is designed to support the patient’s commitment to his/her oral health and beautiful smile. The patient will save money using this plan when advanced dental procedures beyond cleanings are needed and/or wanted. The patient only obtains the plan if it is needed and will save him/her money. The patient pays a low pre-paid fee indicating his/her commitment to the treatment plan and, in return, receives a 20% discount on all procedures for the next 12 months.
- The plan has no deductibles,
- no exclusions (cosmetic procedures and pre-existing conditions are included),
- no limitations (discount applies regardless of procedure frequency),
- no claim forms,
- no waiting period (discount starts the same day that fee is paid), and
- no annual maximum (have as many procedures as you want; all are discounted).
2. What is the low pre-paid fee for a new patient?
For a low pre-paid fee of $129.95 for an individual or $299.95 for a family of three patients or more, each patient is entitled to (1) a set of complete x-rays and a comprehensive oral evaluation by Dr. Roland for $0 and (2) a 20% discount on the total cost of all services and procedures completed within the next 12 months.
3. What is the low pre-paid fee for an established patient?
Established patients that already rely on Dr. Roland for their oral health have the following choices:
Choice #1: For a low pre-paid fee of $79.95 for an individual or $199.95 for a family of three patients or more, each patient is entitled to a 20% discount on the total cost of all services and procedures completed within the next 12 months.
Choice #2: For a low pre-paid fee of $129.95 for an individual or $299.95 for a family of three patients or more, each patient is entitled to (1) a complete set of x-rays and comprehensive oral evaluation by Dr. Roland for $0 and (2) a 20% discount on the total cost of all services and procedures completed within the next 12 months.
